I gotr this game a while ago, and I like it very much. Anyone else played it? I like, beated all the human campaigns in one day, I could'nt stop playing.
Well the game is out now, and what can I say other than that it's great fun! Though I find it a little hard at the moment playing against the computer in custom game, but that could be cuz I just started playing it. I currently havent played on Battle.net yet, but I plan to do pretty soon. I reccomend everyone who likes RTS to play this game!
The sound problem hs nothing to do with the game, since it works for the guy I got it from, and for the guy he got it from. Its the comp thats messed up.
I have played it since the day it came out. I don't actually own it, though. My friend has it and it is indeed a wonderous game.
But my criticisms about it are strong. I don't mean to offend and WC3 player, but it has very much the same aspects of the old Warcraft II and StarCraft. The only really new things are the Hero system, new units, the storyline, and 2 new races. I am not saying that game is entirely absolutely horrible and should never see the light of day, as I like the game myself. But yeah, it has very much similair things as StarCraft and WC2.
I have played up the the end of the Orc Campaign with no cheats, a few Bnet games on my friend's account, and some LAN games at my summer school.

I agree with you on that point. However, by not changing much doesn't mean it's bad. Both SC and WC2 were really great games, and by putting better graphics and sound into it, + some new aspects makes it really good.
If the game already is good, to much changes could ruin it. Anyway I'm still waiting to play it since the sound on my comp. hasn't returned yet.
